Vision

To ensure that the social welfare, health, education and development activities proposed by the people of Kodikkulam Grama Panchayat and approved by the governing body, the schemes announced by the government and the services as per the Civil Rights Act are brought to the public in a timely manner through the cooperation of the employees, and to ensure the complete satisfaction of the people by taking good decisions through continuous discussion and evaluation, and to ensure all-round progress without any reduction in the quality system of the panchayat.

Mission

The main mission of the gram panchayats is to identify the needs and expectations of the people and formulate and implement development projects with their active participation, improve infrastructure, strengthen the health and education sectors, ensure social security, promote environmental protection, and provide transparent, accountable and efficient administrative services.
