Key Findings
A total of 214 development projects have been included in the panchayat.
The majority of the projects (202) are in the approved status.
It is seen that approximately 46% of the total allocated amount has been spent, while 54% of the amount is yet to be utilized.
Greater priority has been given to sectors such as transportation, health, drinking water, education, and service improvement.
Some projects are still under approval procedures or at the modification stage.
Conclusion
In the 2024–25 Annual Plan, Kodikulam Grama Panchayat has prepared comprehensive projects covering various areas of development. Although the majority of the projects have been approved, a large portion of the allocated funds is yet to be spent, making it necessary to accelerate implementation progress further. Completing projects in the health, transportation, drinking water, and education sectors in a timely manner will help achieve the panchayat's development objectives.
